GREEN: Reflects a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

ORANGE: Indicates good health awareness with room for improvement.

RED: Highlights significant areas for lifestyle enhancement.

Understand & Act: Alongside your score, you'll get a summary explaining what it reveals about your lifestyle, pinpointing strengths and areas for growth. Use this feedback to maintain your positives and improve where needed.
